ELVACO
Elvaco is a supplier of products and services for remote meter reading, sub-metering and indoor climate control in properties, in an international market. Their goal is to make their partners and customers more digital and energy efficient.
The Mission
Queenslab has together with Elvaco, launched a new 3D module to visualize Elvaco's metering solutions. The goal was to simplifiy the presentation of their products and create a tool that can be used at exhibitions, in sales, and on their website. The result combines Elvaco's existing graphic profile with a modern technical solution, engaging and educating the user in an interactive 3D environment.
We had it on a touch screen at our lead exhibition in Europe two weeks ago and were very enthusiastic about it. One of our partners wants to use the tool for his customers. Very good!

The Challenge
To get the best cloud-based metering solution, for real estate companies, utility companies and other customers, there are important technical decisions to be made and you need to understand the different options for communication between sensors, the cloud and facility management systems.
For a layman, that can be overwhelming and a bit a daunting task. We needed to create a pedagogical web site, that would take customers by the hand and guide and educate them, in an easily accessible way.
The Solution
We helped Elvaco create an interactive tool, which with text, images, animations and 3D technology, in an educational way, explains important aspects to take into account when choosing technology.
Modern technology: The module is built with React Three Fiber, a library that bridges the gap between React and Three.js, a powerful 3D rendering library.
The Result
The new interactive tool, which with text, images, animations and 3D technology, in an educational way, explains important aspects to consider when choosing technology. It has strengthened Elvaco's brand online and serves as a tool for exhibitions and retailers.
